Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after our shipping date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with your order number or receipt as a proof of purchase from our store.

To start a return, you can fill up the Contact Us form or email us at sales@bzmommy.com . Please send us photos of the product and description of the reason for return.

Depending on circumstances, we may arrange for meet-up (1-1 exchange) or return via courier method.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges Terms & Conditions

We will accept exchange with the following conditions:

1) Within 7 days from shipping date

2) Items are not open, used, washed or damaged due to misuse or mishandling (we checked all items to our best ability before sending)

3) Prior contact is established - please fill in the Contact Us form or email to sales@bzmommy.com 

4) Stains that is larger than Singapore five cents coin diameter

5) Major thread frays, wrinkles on the product, cloth pattern flaws etc 

6) Orders sent to a wrong address due to our mistakes 

7) Wrong products sent due to our mistakes

## Measurements given in the product description may vary between 0.1 to 1 cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered as a defect and there will be no exchanges.

### Colours shown in our product pictures may have variance on different screens as different technology devices have different specifications. This will not be considered as a defect and there will be no exchanges.

If the replacement item is available, it will be sent out upon receiving the returned items. However, if the replacement item is no longer available, you will be allowed to make an exchange to another replacement item, or a refund if the desired replacement item is no longer available. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
